Kelly Bluebaugh is a professional racer who has been featured on Street Outlaws, seen on the Discovery Channel. Kelly Bluebaugh is the driver; however, he works with Deborah Woodard to make sure that their Monte Carlo is always in prime condition.

Bluebaugh has been in the industry for almost two decades and is known within the drag racing community. During their time together, the pair have won numerous racers and have worked with innovators throughout the industry to take drag racing to new heights. Bluebaugh has taken home championships and titles in dozens of drag races throughout the United States and Mexico.
